Today's Spark Coach video was about cooking, and how we need to learn to plan and cook to be successful. I am guilty of not cooking as much as I could. I usually microwave a frozen meal or make something like a baked potato or a sandwich.

So I am adding a goal to plan and cook one real meal a week. One more baby step! emoticon

    When I first started cooking as a young bride it was overwhelming but it gets easier with experience. I now cook 3 meals a day almost 7 days a week.
