Changing my goals

I changed my goals to a more attainable goal to start with. Right now, at 5'4" and weighing 203 lbs, I am officially obese. My new goal is to become overweight. To do that I have to hit less than 174 lbs. So...170 is my target for now :) In order to keep my head in the game, I am going to set up a reward system for every ten pounds I lose.
Hit 190 lbs....getting a pedicure and manicure. I know this sounds like a typical thing to most people, but being a single mom with two on the go boys working a full time job, I really don't get to pamper myself too often. I am super excited to get my toes worked over, and my fingernail beds cleaned up :)
Hit 180 lbs...since I am a natural born foodie...I believe this reward will entail signing up for a healthy cooking class! I live near Cleveland and I am sure there are all sorts of cool cooking classes around. I am going to start doing some research now so that I can be ready once I hit that 180 mark!
Hit 170 lbs...first off woo hoo!! and change my goals :) Second thing I am gonna do is buy new tennis shoes and new workout clothes. I am sure my clothes will be a little loose :) And...then jump right back into my zumba workouts full force. With a little weight off, I am sure that my knees won't bother me as much. I miss it so much and am just itching to go back. I can't wait to feel the energy of the class again!
So...those are the new goals, and new rewards for hitting those goals :)
