5 K is coming June 1st I am nervous about actually trying to run this race. Im both excited and nervous so I think I will take the pressure off myself and do a run/ walk part of the way. I think I will continue to incorporate jogging into my routine over the summer, and steadily keep at it, there will be a Turkeyrun at thanksgiving Id love to be conditioned enough to run that. so I plan on starting it off slow and build myself up to do that in the fall. I live in an area that has lots of winding uphill roads so I will practice ~ I have a person that said she will be my running partner so we can cheer each other on. :))

    Sounds awesome. You can do it. And a walking/ running partner is great.
