we saw on the news last nite that people are starting to "binge watch", little did we know there was a name for what we do. We only download 3 shows we watch and then just watch them, no commercials and when we want to see them....

I had a hard time getting out of bed this am, so I need a nice long all-nite nap...Tomorrow is last day of diabetic workshop, today's was very informative - dietician was very helpful and informative and encouraged participation, unlike the RN yesterday who didn't even appear to have any experience in leading a class and she appeared to only be there to lecture, not to actually impart any knowledge or even to acknowledge that some people need to relate their own experience in order to actually take a lesson from what is being presented. I talked with someone else today too and she had negative feelings about that person too..

So, Kelly Pickler won the DWTS.... just saw it on the news, haven't been watching the show, but that's pretty cool, she seems to have made so much more of herself after losing the American Idol....

Been double-booked all week and again tomorrow, so need some down time. emoticon
