It sounds like exercise benefits have been well documented for millennia!!!! I became a believer quite a while ago and am so thankful I was motivated enough to do this. There have only been perks & bonuses for all the effort. More good news is that working out is no longer a 'have to''s become a 'want to'!!!!!!! emoticon


Oh the school year is REALLY winding down now. Only 4 more days left. It's hard to believe the year flew by that quickly. Just like life, it goes by like a freight train!! I'm so looking forward to having about 8 weeks off. Hoping to get a lot accomplished that isn't on the priority list during the school year. It'll be nice to do early morning hikes and do the grocery shopping during the day without careful planning to figure out when to fit it in.

    Oh boy, you said it. Life really does go by like a freight train!

I cannot believe that my BABY. . . my DD . . . my little girl . . . is graduating High School. Lord love a duck. I remember bringing her home. I remember her first steps, her first tooth, her first word (DADA, of course!), her first day of kindergarten (I bawled, she didn't!), her first "crush". All I can say is I don't FEEL any older . . . most days!
