Today I actually got the idea to do weights before my walk. Yesterday the consistency really seemed like it was happening, and today I made my plan and just started in.
The "old me" would have found reasons why I should drag my feet. The "new me" has recognized that I feel better and sleep better when I exercise. The sleep has been improving (I often woke up during the night for a while before going back to sleep, now I sleep right through).
My nutrition is going pretty well too, when I'm by myself or with my immediate family. I just have to keep it going through the times we have company or are invited out. Since we're having company from this Thursday evening through Sunday morning, I'm trying to plan good meals for all of us that allow me to maintain my goals.
