Sweet Dreams - SP :)

Day 2 of training for my first 5k, so good so far! Tomorrow I cross train for 30-45mins and am looking for ideas since I cannot swim. It does suggest cycling but am not a fan of doing that but...I am open :) My mom arrives tomorrow and seeing her since last year will be refreshing!

Anyway, still a bit sad and today was not a better day mentally!

    emoticon Walking is a great cross training exercise for running it uses the same muscles but with way less force. Find a park and commune with nature emoticon it'll help you be happier emoticon Hope you have a great day tomorrow!
