Day#15 of Body Key

Tonight I got, by e-mail, the results of my Body Key Genetics test. I am considered a fat trimmer. People with the genetic pattern like mine absorb more dietary fat into our bodies and have a slower metabolism. I have a greater tendency for weight gain. So for me I have to reduce the fat in my diet and reduce the calories. And the second part of my genetics test says that people with this genetic pattern are less able to break down body fat for energy in response to exercise. We tend to lose less weight and body fat than expected with moderate exercise. This means that my body requires more exercise to activate the breakdown of body fat for energy and weight loss. And I will have to maintain a consistent exercise program to keep the weight off.
So that explains a little of why I wasn't losing the weight while working out in the gym! I wasn't doing enough or getting the intensity up! That really explains why I lost 20 pounds by doing water cardio! I work out harder in the water apparently!
In a few weeks I will order my Fat Trimming supplies and get all the "appropriate" foods to help me on this lifestyle change! Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll remember to take a picture of the scales to see where I am in this progression. Now that I have a few more tools in my "arsenal" I'm ready to go to "war" on my weight! Its not going to hold me back any more.
I'm on a mission and I'm determined to meet my goals! 90 days to a better me! If nothing changes in these 90 days, then I've given a fair and just attempt! But on the other hand, after 90 days I could be down 50 pounds or more and be feeling better about my progress!
Time will tell!
