Bad exercise day, great food day!

I am a huge lover of good food.... and I like healthy food so I guess I am very lucky that way! I really dislike processed or convenience food and I think the majority of the reason I have gained so much weight is that its hard to find solid whole organic food in Arkansas ... enter... Azure Standard! LOVE them! Love being able to put in a great order of food and have it delivered a month later!
Today was my food drop and that is always a fun day! Picked up 250 bucks work of coconut oil, pastured butter, organic yogurt and cottage cheese, organic vegetables, rice, pastured meat and eggs and more.
Which was great until I got home, repackaged it all and then... bam... went to exercise.
It is hot and muggy, thundering and lightning so I decided not to run my week 4 of C25K, instead put on Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I have just started this and its HARD.. KILLER HARD.. but I like it!
Except today. I don't like it today. My son interrupted 3 times, my daughter once and her friend once. My knee is hurting and I just said forget it... so no exercise today :( I will do the ten minute workout for the 28 day challenge but that is it.
Overall though, a good day! I had to go to lunch and stayed away from chips and salsa (SHOCKED that I could do that!) I ordered chicken fajitas, no beans or rice and extra lettuce/pico de gallo and made a salad! Was awesome...
A coworker came to me today and said "I don't know WHAT your doing but keep it up... you are looking awesome!"
