Hubby and I started using Myfitnesspal app to track food and exercise (it syncs with fitbit). Hubby has had great success and I've had some minor success with it.
I was good all day, made healthy choices and stayed within range. Really wanted something from the vending machine but ate the grapes I had brought from home. I am glad that I did because we decided to go out to dinner and we were using the app in the restaurant. I wouldn't order until I checked the calories. I think our waitress thought we were nuts.
I don't care; I ended the day with a -400+ differential
