Report Card for 500 Days - Third Quarter-Term

This was a very mediocre interval. I did well on mindful eating and healthy eating behaviors. I had some off-track food choices, but mostly kept to my program. Thanks be to God for His mercy!
The big "I" for Incomplete for this term is Nutrition Tracking. Excuse alert.....We've started going camping most weekends and I allowed poor internet service to be an excuse for letting food journaling slide. What, I no longer own a pencil? So it's no surprise that I have not lost any weight. It's simple arithmetic; when I don't track, I don't stay in calorie range.
Exercise has been good. Strength training classes 2 or 3 times per week (depending on camping schedule) plus lots of yard work and extra walks. Most weekends we do a 6 or 7 mile woodland hike over hilly, rough terrain.
This was not an outstanding segment...but I can still graduate if I just keep going and re-focus for the next quarter-term. Starting today, the theme for this quarter-term is "Delight."
