Getting back on track

After the emotional week last week, I have to admit we were bad for eating on the long weekend. We didn't do much. Having DH home kept me from bawling my eyes out like I did Thursday and Friday, but we ate junk food all weekend. Sunday we went to dinner with DH's family and it was all seafood! His mom knows I do not eat seafood or fish and I have tried to eat it before. I just can not choke it back! So I left pretty hungry.
So today I am going to be getting back on track!
Went for a walk today to get away from all the banging going on here. They are replacing the siding on our condos and Anissa couldn't get a nap in, so I got her into the stroller and walked for 8.21 km for over 2 hours. She slept for most of it which is good because it wasn't happening here. I stopped off at the grocery store for some watermelon and bananas. I am glad to say I didn't put a bag of chips into the cart. For some reason I just crave chips all the time it is awful really. I need to be more diligent with tracking my food too. DH keeps preparing the food, and he puts it into containers and telling me that the food is for me to eat. I don't know the portions of things and what exactly he puts in to his concoctions.
I feel good for getting out today and will do it again tomorrow!
