After seeing Jillian in concert, I decided to break down my health and fitness goals into something that I thought would be extremely manageable but that would mean that I would accomplish them. I am currently doing body revolution, a program Jillian Michaels created that is how she said she trains people in person (and in person her body is seriously insane looking!).
I feel pretty confident in my plan and think it will keep me on the up and up:)
