I realized today, that in spite of all my challenges lately, I actually feel quite upbeat and positive. What a novel concept emoticon

Although I seem to be bombarded from all directions with weird/strange/unfortunate challenges, I do not feel overwhelmed anymore. I decided to get a SparkCoach today and in doing so I felt so enlightened and lightened. (I actually lost 0.4 lbs. since the 14th)!! I believe this to be a blessing from God. Since the 14th, I experienced:

Joining SP
Learning all kinds of new information
Started to apply some of this new info
Gained friends and encouragement
Tweaked my back (OUCH)
Started reading my book (you know, the Spark Book)
Customized (somewhat) my SparksPage)
Received "Goodies" (although I must admit I need to figure out what to do with them as well as how to give them) emoticon

All in all, it's only been a week, and I feel happy. I know this is a journey and not a destination, but I am hanging on for one amazing ride!!

Not sure what to do with the goodies that you get but to give goodies you go to the spark page of the person that you want to give a goodie and click on the "give goodies icon" and then select which one that you want to give to the person.

You are off to great start. Keep up the good work. I know I have gained a lot (not pounds) since May 3. I just feel so much better. But you are giving others reasons to keep on going, and that is saying a lot!! emoticon
