I managed to clock in a 0.8 pound gain this week (thanks Aunt Flo
). But I know it's gonna be gone by next week, so I guess it's okay.
It's still been rainy, so the hubby and I are still doing the treadmill thing for our jogs. We're in Week 3, and Thursday will be the third of our Week 3 jogs. And I have not had any real trouble completing the jogs this week, so I don't think we'll have to repeat any days. I also got some new shoes, so jogging was actually even better feeling this morning. And since we were already in the gym, I added in some strength training, so today felt particularly productive.
I've also started to get back on track with tracking. The program I'm following is pretty strict, so there's really not much for me to track food-wise right now, but I want to keep better track of my fitness, and build the habit of tracking food for down the road when I'm in maintenance.
