Good Day

Another good day for fitness and healthy eating. Still have to do my strength training - that's the easiest thing for me to skip. I'm not totally neglecting it. I do some sort of body weight exercises most every day, but doing weights is extremely boring. Hopefully, I'll start back this evening. We'll see.
