What else can happen to me?

Two weeks ago I found out I had ulnar tendonitis. Which is doing a bit better, still get some shooting pains up my arm.

So yesterday, a filling popped out and got lodged sideways in one of my molars. Went to the dentist and happy day my tooth is broken all the way to the bone. So on Thursday I have to have a dental implant installed. I have been told to prepare for some major pain.

I guess this means more missed gym time. I am feeling really crappy because I havent been able to go to the gym. I know that I have to let myself heal and things happen but right now it seems like everything is happening one right after another.

I know that tendonitis is painful as I have it! Just got cortisone shot in rt. wrist ....... and told to 'minimize' the typing as if aggravates it worse! ........... I have plantar fasciitis for FOUR years now ..... have been in cAst ............ walking boot, countless therapies, and tons of shoes bought--hoping any will help alleviate the pain! ............ I seldom mention to those around me--like co-workers, I just count my blessings and keep icing and stretching .............. as for exercise, I do non-wt. bearing ............. I see many patients where I work who come in WITHOUT legs! .......... I guess it's just life .......... emoticon

Trying doing some low/no impact workouts if you can. Just something to relieve the stress!
