They are a size 2 because they eat like a size 2!

Tuesday, May 21, 2013

duh! Well I like being a 9/10 and I am eating like a 12/13! One of my spark peeps used to be 300+ and now is like 116! I know right?! whoa! I am chubby, not obese BUT could stand to lose a few pounds! And I always think how can I get super strict for awile with my eating so I can get BACK on track?!
2 things happened.
1. I went through my clothes! I almost cried looking at alllll the clothes I wore last year and cannot this year! So many!!!
2. I friended someone on FB who has 3 pictures at the finishing line of my marathon! I look HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! OMG no really!!!!!!
I hit the track actually pissed I looked so bad!! I did repeats hard

At the park I did dips..F what other parents think!

I am eating vegan again and restricting cals(like what a size 9 would wear)

I know I do not look so bad I cannot go out in public, but I do want to get back where I feel the most confident!
Starting pics(dont mind my door knob hole, hubby gone and like I know how to spacal:)

I still posted this one even though its a fluke! I like to see how my body looks even when I am not ready! Yeah quads!

I am ready for a big change!!! And ready to be the healthiest ME!!!!

That is not a body you should be ashamed of. That body has carried you through multiple marathons, workouts and childbirth. And even though you are not at the top of your game, you still impress others.

    I love what GOPTINOS said:
"When you feel down on yourself, remember you are already someone else's dream size!" I tell myself that all the time. I might not be to my "after" body yet, but I'll bet there are women in Zumba class who think "if only I could be as thin/fit as the instructor."

My body is similar to yours, and I am equally hard on myself. I too have pics from my half marathon where I'm like.....UGH. I look like THAT?!?! But then I have to remind myself: THIS BODY just ran 13.1 miles.

We can do this!!! emoticon

Can't wait to see your after pictures! You look so strong already!!! Not sure about the eating like a size though. I think it is more eating for energy and what you do with your day. But it is motivating to think of it that way ; )!

I think that you look pretty awesome already. And since your already able to do something crazy awesome (fitness wise), be proud that your body can accomplish that. I can't even run more than 2 minutes straight!

I hope that you become happy with your body! But it looks pretty killer already!

My mom always says that! She says, "I eat enough for a 150lb woman. If I want to be 145lbs I need to eat enough to be 145lb."
The healthiest me possible is a great goal!

I agree with REDTHREN that other parents were probably impressed. Also, great butt as well as quads, girl!

I think you and me need to start a competition to get ourselves back on track. First to lose 5 lbs? Inches? Most days on track? Something! I am in the same boat with the clothes from last summer. Makes me want to cry. My running shorts ride up my inner thighs now. So not ok! They didn't do that last year!!! (I type this as I eat my kids pizza. Wtf is wrong with me?!?!) we know its all about the food. I mean, look at your legs! Look at those muscles!!!

Man, I can only hope I look as good as you do as a size 12!
As a parent, if I saw you doing dips at the park I'd think two things:
1) I should be doing that.
2) What a great example for the kids!

Ok, first, you do NOT look horrible! When you feel down on yourself, remember you are already someone else's dream size! emoticon

But I do understand how you feel and what you are saying. It is okay to want to push ourselves to a new goal, so I get that emoticon

But I just wanted to say that you are already a beautiful person and there are many ppl who would love to be in your shoes emoticon I wish I had been more like you and cared enough to stay on top of my weight before it had gotten so far out of control, so kudos to you for staying on top of your health! emoticon
