This time around I'm making fitness as much of a priority as weight loss. I'm pretty good at walking but strength training has never really been my thing so I've joined a gym and have a health mentor who sets my programme and watches my progress. It's hard but in just a week I'm starting to feel better about it and maybe one day ill actually enjoy it but I'm not there yet.
I've also decided to take swimming lessons, I ca swim but i don't get very far so I thought I could do with some tips to improve my technique.
I'll let you know how I get on
