WW Weight In Day: Week 3

Here is my current weight:

No clothes: 134.3 pounds (what I use for WW)
Thin clothing: 135.2 pounds (what I use for SP)

So, according to the SP weight, I have lost 2 pounds since starting on this website 2 weeks ago. That's good.

I made gluten free naan today. Never had naan before but, I found the recipe on a gluten free website and I was running out of flat bread to eat. It almost turned into a disaster, when I realized I was using chickpea flour to substitute for rice flour which wasn't a good idea. So I added the left over rice flour I had laying around which was barely 1/4 cup, and then I ground up some oats and made oat flour and added those in to make the dough not watery, like batter. Eventually after some tweeking I was able to form dough balls, flatten them, and roll them out. The first couple naans weren't great, but I lowered the oven temp and flipped them mid way and the rest seemed to be ok. Not much puffing happened, but I will try next time with only oats and see what happens. They were kind of dry though inside.... I wanted to open them like pitas, which worked until I tried to fill them and the piece I had started to crumble a bit. Oh well, at least I have some ok tasting bread to eat. I only made it with chick pea flour because of all the nutrients in it, but oats are pretty ok too.

Tomorrow I'm going to make real mayo. I debated on making fake mayo with beans, or gluten free flour because I couldn't find pasteurized eggs at the store. But today I found a recipe using only egg whites, not yolks! And it keeps in the fridge longer. So I will be attempting to make real mayo tomorrow. And I'm going to use it to make my tartar sauce for my gluten free breaded fish fillets. And I'm going to put it on my naan and pretend it's a pita with all the fixings.

So far so good. I just hope the weight keeps going away.

Oh yea, I read the Dukan Diet book because I heard about it from someone who is on it. It's definitely not for me. I saw zero recipes that I thought were edible, and it restricts you from eating potatoes and pasta and rice... which pretty much is all I eat along with my meats. I didn't like the book at all. I'm sticking to portion control with WW and calories on SP.
