Well, some progress is better than none, right??
I got my booty out of bed this morning. The weather was NASTY out at 5am this morning. I decided to stay in and workout at home. I just did a quick workout...
10 push ups
20 sit ups
80 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit
I did it 2 times through for a total of a whoppin 17 minutes!! Then I made a smoothie, did the dishes, and laid back down for an hour before getting ready for work. I really wish I had all of the equipment at home to do my FBB workouts, but I do not. So I think I will come up with several workouts that I can do at home to use as back up. Even if I do like today and get in 15-20 minutes of exercise then lay back down it's much better than skipping the workout and not getting my smoothie made and opting for a sugary coffee drink.
I really love my FBB workouts, I love that they are so challenging and I really feel the workouts the next day or two. I just wish the gym was more convenient with the new job. It's still 20 minutes each way to the gym. I could change gyms, but I know the gym I go to is the best in the area and it gives me nationwide access.
Anyhow... Today is a calorie counting day. I need to get serious here. And my newfound flub is making it much more urgent. Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things this week and make some progress again!!
