The Good, The room to improve and the general update

The Good:
I have gotten plenty of sleep and kept up with my daughter this month.
I have not had any incidents of psychosis which is huge!

The Room to Improve:
I only made it to the gym a few times.
I ate just "okay".
I am seriously fighting depression and have been for almost a month.

I have serious vacation"itis" and am looking forward to a few days to myself this week and a trip to Chicago to see athenalisa, my favorite human. I will also get to see my brother and some old friends which should be fun. One more day of work and I'll be free for a whole week!

    you have to acknowledge where you are for any of your progress to make sense or take hold... realizing you have been down for about a month is instrumental in that.. Eating ok, getting to the gym, those are all HUGE parts of taking care of yourself and getting yourself some of that TLC that you need and deserve. I'm glad you've been connecting with your daughter and will have the opportunity to get together with other friends you enjoy!

  Wow! To see the "good" and to know on the "room to improve" you are eating okay and made it to the gym a few times while simultaneously dealing with depression shows me you are a very strong woman! Have a WONDERFUL time on your trip and with your friends and brother.
