Last week I was on vacation. And prior to the start of vacation, I celebrated my birthday and mother's day.
Today was my first weigh in since my return. And, DOWN 1.4 pounds.
Now, I am not saying that I will continuing to eat the way I did during my vacation. What I am saying that even subconsciously, I eat a lot more healthier than I did before. And, although my exercise numbers were not as high as the previous week, I did exercise.
I am so pleased with myself. I am motivated to keep going to reach my goal.
