Today my blog is all about improving my fitness levels-they are actually at an all time low. In part because I gained a stack of weight back but also because I have let my office chair attach itself to my behind.
12 days in the office seem to have become a norm and its just not good for me. So today I signed up to a 4 week course of bootcamp
7am starts on Monday,Wednesday and Friday so I can't let that last minute urgent email side track me from going to the gym.
My kit is packed, my alarm is set better get of to bed if i ever hope to wake up that early.
And if getting up at 6am 3 days a week wasn't enough a friend has also talked me into doing a 2hr boot camp on the 29th of june with her personal trainer-so I see the short little 1 hour sessions as a training plan to the 2 hour killer session just over a month from now.
