Picked up a new video from Rodney Yee, put out by Gaiam, AM Yoga for your week
While he offers no variations for people who cannot reach, stretch, or do the pose, he does give detailed instructions. Did his standing pose section this morning and the instructions were slowly, and clearly given. Simple poses that I've done many times were harder, more effective, deeper. It was 20 minutes with maybe a total of 8 poses and I felt every one of them.
5 different groups are offered, standing, forward bends, twists, etc. This is a great review of the basic poses so you can go on to your own flow series knowing you are doing the poses correctly.
