When I get dressed in the morning in my snappy tracksuit, I notice two things:
1. I take advantage of more chances to move my body. Jumping jacks at the playground, a jog to the grocery store rather than a walk, whatever.
2. My tracksuit is an excellent deterrent for eating junk food in public. I was just out on a long walk and shamed myself out of a gelato because I didn't want people to snicker at me. WHATEVER WORKS, RIGHT?
