Spend a few minutes writing about the reasons behind your fitness and weight-loss goals. What is your true motivation? What do you hope to achieve or experience after reaching your goal?
The truth? I do not want to deal with cancer. I'm so sick of hearing about someone I love dealing with it. I lost 3 of my grandparents to various forms (skin, stomach, breast) and my mother to a form of ovarian cancer in 2011. Needless to say, I am scared out of my mind in regards to my own health. The #1 contributing factor to my mother's cancer was weight and overall health.
