Boy, is this an 'upper'! Finally....What I have learned: I must stay within my calorie range EVERY day and mainly at 1200. If I go over the 1550, even one day, it throws my calorie burning and maintaining completely off and it takes 3 whole days before I can start to lose again. And, then, if I go over on day 4, then that sets me back another 3 + more sometimes. The vitamin supplelments that help mood encourage me not to give up....and the herb Rholdiola gives me energy. I may alternate using ginseng or ashwaganda too.
Believe me, I have consulted Drs. throughout my lifetime...on the "inert" energy symptoms I have had, etc. and tried their "meds". The side effects were horrendous! So, it has become alternatives for me!
P.S. I do not use sunscreen, I wear Hats and HUGE sunglasses and cover the flesh, sunscreen blocks Vit. D absorbtion...I take 5000 i.u. of D3 daily. Skins cancers: poor nutrition, GMO foods, pesticides,chemicals-i.e. artificial sweetners, poor immune function, sun can add to all that.
