I am actually enjoying tracking (woo hoo-- after three whole days!) Yesterday, I was actually low and had some left over calories -- I was a little peckish, so I was browsing and decided to look not just at the calorie numbers but at the others-- I was low on protein and carbs, but in range for fat. so, I decided to go for a yogurt instead of fruit. I find that I do need to push protein sometimes.
I can tell that I'm getting enough fiber even without the numbers if you know what I mean
And I think my 4 pound weight gain for weigh in (which was gone Monday AM) was because of being very high in salt with chinese on Friday.
And logging my packed lunch BEFORE I went to Arts Fest Sun or work yesterday made it so much easier to avoid temptation.
I think Spark may be on to something(!)
