I've found that my number one weakness when it comes to food is anything creamy. Whipped cream, cupcakes with icing, cakes, brownies and nanaimo bars. Ice cream is a weakness too, but not as big of a problem cause I can choose a low fat frozen yogurt instead and be just as happy.
My problem is that when I'm flipping through a magazine and see pictures of delicious cupcakes (like in Women's Weekly) with a ton of icing on them, I end of craving something sweet and creamy. Then everywhere I look there's some kind of dessert taunting me. It doesn't help that one of my jobs is directly across from a DQ, and the other has a bakery in it, which makes the most delicious red velvet cupcakes EVER. I try telling myself no, I've even looked up the nutritional information on them, which is by 100 grams, not by a single muffin (they're a fair size). They sit and mock me until I buy them. Anybody have any tips?
