I am horrible about blogging but I saw this set of questions and love it. I thought I would take a bit and answer them here so as I progress I can look back at the answers.
1 - stats? - already in spark tracker
2 - How tall are you and do you like your height? 5'6" yes I like it except when I need something out of the top cupboard.
3 - A picture of thinspiration - What features do you like about this person? healthy look of the person
4 - What is your greatest fear about weight loss? Putting it back on.
5 - Why do you really want to lose weight? I want to live long enough to meet my future grandchildren and be healthy enough to play with them and travel with my husband.
6 - Do you binge? yes I am a stress binger - I am trying hard to change that.
7 - Does your family know you are trying to lose weight? My husband does - I tell my small daughters I am working on being healthier.
8 - Workout routine? I don't have one yet except try to be more active each day.
9 - Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative weight? Of course.
10 - What is the hardest thing you gave up? Diet pepsi - I am still struggling without I do ok for awhile then go back to it.
11 - Your favorite thinspo blog? I read lots on sparkpeople and look at skinny taste everyday.
12 - What do you normally eat? I don't like to get into a routine of eating the same thing I get bored with that then will end up eating something I shouldn't.
13 - Are you losing in a healthy way? Yes this time I am.
14 - What is your ultimate weight goal and when do you expect to reach it? 150 I reach it when I do - it is too far away still so I am looking at the smaller goals first.
15 - Are you a vegan or a vegetarian? no but I find myself eating more meatless meals.
16 - When did you first decide to lose weight? I have been losing weight my whole life but never keep it off - I got serious about it in September 2012
17 - Do you have an eating disorder? If stress eating is then yes : )
18 - What food is your weakness? sweets
19 - When is the last time you eat fast food? probably 3 weeks ago
20 - Favorite diet? I gave up on diets and am following my spark
21 - What are your clothing sizes? I started at 24 and am at 18 now.
22 - what is the lowest weight you remember? as an adult 190
23 - did the media play a role in you wanting to lose weight? no
24 - How do you feel? Great I feel better and still motivated
25 - Have you ever purged? NO
26 - What excites you about reaching your goal weight? Better health and being able to keep up with my family
27 - How do you deal with being around food? I make sure I have healthy options
28 - Do you want a gap between your legs? Of course no one I know likes having their thighs rub together
29 - Definition of beauty? Beauty is an internal thing - it does not come from a persons looks
30 - 10 facts about you - I am changing the way my family eats. I can do more physically. I am a better mom and wife because of my change. I love being outside. I love experimenting when cooking. I am ever changing. I love music. I love the beach. I am going to do this. I am never going back to the way I used to be.
