Well I had my Biggest Loser workout again today. We used the steps from step aerobics. We had to use at least one extra corner support to raise it more off of the floor. We did a lot of aerobic things but also did strength. We did side and forward lunges with one foot on and one foot off the step. We did walking planks where you start with the hands on the step and then move them off and so on and so forth. We also did push-ups, I actually managed 4 each time before I had to drop to my knees. Yay, I am getting stronger!
After the class, I had a chiro appt. I love seeing my chiro after my workouts because she puts me back to together. Yesterday I had pinched a muscle in my shoulder and today after seeing her, it doesn't hurt at all.
I am not looking forward to this afternoon. I have a dermatologist appt. I have had a cyst on my head for a while and my PCP thinks I should have it removed. I don't know it the dermatologist, will do it today or just look at it and make an apt for another day. I really hopes he does it today so I don't have to fret/worry about it any more.
