I have decided to juice just for the week, so far the scale has dropped 8 lbs. I watch Fat, Sick and Nearly dying a while back and I was like, wow. I have a friend who is juicing and she has noticed that she feels better. I decided to try it for a week, and kind of shock my body. I am noticing that I am not craving sweets at this point, since I already rarely drank sodas, I am not craving them either. I plan on after the week is over juicing for breakfast, healthy lunch and a green smoothie for supper. Plenty of exercise, thankfully my xbox is fixed and I can use the Kinect again. I plan on looking over recipes on Sparkpeople to see healthy options, which I plan on feeding my kids healthier too. When my 5'0 son weighed in at 117lbs I knew something had to change. If he see's me trying and losing, then he might be motivated to do the same thing. I just hope I can impact his life the sway I want to.
