So far, so good this week. Despite another work blow on Sunday night (I know, I should really not check work emails from home) but either way, I did not let it get me down for the week. Yesterday was GREAT! I ended up staying on track with nutrition. I had salad with lunch as planned. I left work on time (FOR ONCE) and got my circuit workout in. I exercised 18 minutes and burned 117 calories according to my polar HRM. Today is starting off well so now just to make that continue.
On another good note, I pulled out some summer clothes - the DREADED summer clothes. Last summer I remember that a couple of the shorts from the year before did not fit (too snug). I figured that would be the case again as I don't feel very small. However, I tried on my favorite lavender/purple plaid shorts, size 4 and they fit. They are just a little bit snug around the bottom but they are wearable AND if I can lose an inch or so they will be perfect!
Maybe I worry too much. You think?? lol!
