Now this is what I call a win. I was wondering how I was going to get a workout in this Saturday. I am going scuba diving in a local quarry but it is a couple hours away. We were all going to dive, then clean up and get dinner. I was figuring I would need to get up extra early and go for a walk before hand since I know I wouldnít want to walk later after all that. So, just on a whim I looked up scuba diving on the exercise tracker. Assuming a 50 minute dive it would be like 900 calories burned! Shoot, thatís more than I get on the bike!! That is awesome! Talk about a happy man, I get to do something I love and burn lots of calories doing it? Figure we will be doing 2 dives about that long, heck yes! I was worried about exercising on the dive trip to Florida, I will be riding my bike around there, but wonít be worrying quite as much now.
Well, I hope the weather cooperates tonight for a walk otherwise I am pretty much out of luck for getting any kind of a workout in. I had hoped to get an hour in on the track while tennis camp is going on. I am holding out hope it may clear out by then, but at the same time, I have been doing something for 10 days straight. Not that I am really feeling rundown. I actually feel pretty good, but a forced rest day isnít always a bad thing. So we shall see what the day brings weather wise. At any rate it wonít be anything compared to Oklahoma.
So, I bought me some new workout duds online. I was actually able to order the XL of everything. Kind of exciting to be coming out of XXl. Nice feeling.
Anyway, not much today. Not feeling like being at work or in front of a computer even though there is no escaping it. Might have to find something else to occupy my time.
