Keeping myself accountable! Motivation for YOU and ME

It's Tuesday, weigh in day and I am still at 199 pounds ( I wanted to get to 198) but instead of being sad about this, I am holding myself accountable. I am still making this post, because I know if I stick with it, every Tuesday no matter what the scale says, I will succeed.
I am feeling strong, and motivated. I found some amazing quotes to share.

I think making goals specific is vital for weight loss, that is why every week I aim for 2 pound weight loss,this is slow and healthy and that is the key!

Even a slow weight loss, even if it's one pound adds up and makes a difference.
Lets do this, I am ready to do this. YOU can do this.
See you next Tuesday, time to step it up and eat better. GOAL- 2 pounds this week! I am going to do this.

    great motivational quotes and attitude. This attitude is what will help you keep pushing regardless of outcomes...I think it's also called stubborness but the good kind! I am hanging in this journey with you. I'm pushing myself also. Regardless we keep pushing and aim to make good choices daily with food, activity, portion, etc. We will conquer!!!
