Motivation

I feel my motivation coming back. I started reading the new Spark book, which is definitely helping. The weather has been gorgeous - another helpful plus. I woke up the past few days wanting to stay active and doing pretty good at it. Just gotta figure out how to keep it going.

    Like you, I have days where I don't feel as motivated. I keep reminding myself that each day is an opportunity to make a deposit in the bank that gets me closer to my goal. Some days I have more available than others but it's important to make a deposit of some kind each day!
