I finally had the courage to step on the scale this week - last weigh according to Body media 2-10-13.
It was a little easier to bear being back on the program, and having progress in my short list of goals.
The program is getting better as I add more meals, especially late in the day. I have been adding an oatmeal berry smoothie, half at night and the rest for breakfast.
My last food shopping was at the chinese market. They had watercress, cilantro, gai-lan and baby bok choy. Watercress soup was goood.
