Beautiful day for exercise in South Carolina!

We have our first guest from California gone, more guests from California coming Friday for a week, then one more guest coming the following weekend. All the meals cooked, too many late nights, not enough exercise...finally got tons of sleep last night and am headed to the pool this morning. I like a quiet life with plenty of balance, lots of sleep. Our weather is almost perfect and I'm down a pound! It's a good day to stay super healthy and right on track. Now get moving and exercise!
