Daily Plan - 5/21

Here is my plan for tomorrow. :)

Breakfast: soaked oatmeal with chunky cinnamon applesauce and extra apple, coffee, raspberry kefir

Lunch: Salad with light chipotle dressing and salsa, tomatoes, avocado, black beans, 1 slice whole grain sourdough with a slice of raw cheese, iced green tea mixed with fresh squeezed juice (probably a mix of pineapple and mango)

Snack: yogurt mixed with frozen berries (yum)

Dinner: leftover chicken souvlaki with tzatziki sauce (without pita) served with tabouli (yum yum), iced green tea with lemon (will be making spaghetti for family... so this is MY plan to overcome.)

Dessert: mixed melon

Probiotic foods: 3
Lean protein: 3
Freggies: 7
Whole grains: 3

Thinking of picking up some water kefir grains and milk kefir grains and making my own kefir and water kefir. Hoping to save money and have the benefits of all the probiotic foods. Also, saved whey from making the tzatziki sauce, to use with making my own probiotic fermented veggies.
