Hitting a tiny goal (Blog #437)

Read a good MOTIVATION article here on SP today. One thing it talked about was having small goals. I have to get back to celebrating those little things. Funny, at home, my husband and I talk about "it's the little things" when we express gratitude for our relationship. I need to do the same for me.

Today, I did a few little things that hit the mark.

First, I actually remembered to set my water goal (great new app on the ipad helps - "DrinkRight"). Second, I actually MADE the water goal (great new app on the ipad helps as it nags me all day long).

And third, oh I had a great dinner full of veggies. That's actually a big deal because I am house sitting for a friend this week. I find it challenging to eat well when in other people's houses. But I had my favorite veggie: fresh artichoke. And... added some "finds" from yesterday's Farmer's Market stint: carrots and corn.

I will be looking for the small victories tomorrow!
