I've realized two major obstacles with achieving a healthier me. Eating right and workout continuously. It not that I can't do either, I just have a hard time doing both. So at the beginning of this year I phased meat right out of my life. I lost weight doing just that but I became a couch potato. Lastly I have been exercising more, which makes me feel awesome. But on my way to work today I had a chicken & bacon wrap from McDonald's. I despised McD's well before I ever gave up meat. The good thing is going this long without meat did upset my stomach before I could get to the fries.
Becoming aware of the problem is the first and biggest battle, but now that I am away of the problem I have to solve it.
