Good Monday Sparkfam, I have been reading the Spark Solutions for the last week an there are a few things I would like to share with you all. I actually ordered the book because I wanted to reach out and try something new. What I was doing currently for myself wasn't working for me like it once was so I needed something new. I saw that just flipping through the pages that my desire to try to erase past bad habits and start anew surface. I have seen my waist coming back to me which I forgot where I placed it within the first few days without a 60mins workout overload. I like having a regime & felt comfortable with having a whole team that reads blogs & supported one another. I didn't really have a favorite meal but I feel if I have to choose it would be the Bacon-Swiss Scramble. Apparently, I love breakfast which is normally hot for me. The tip which I found most helpful the slow and steady because I hit the ground running at a 100 miles per hour. Then feel like I have burned out within a few weeks.
Next week I would like to be able to have a lose in my win column of at least 5lbs.
