This is my first blog entry and I hardly know what to say. Hello everyone--I'm trying so hard to stick to my healthy eating and exercising. I can do quite well for a while and then I blow it big time. I'm trying to change my thinking and realize that I haven't failed completely if I mess up one day--eat too much or don't exercise--just start from where I left off and keep on going--just do the best I can. I think I have to start all over everytime I am not perfect--WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! I'm going to keep on trying and think of it as a lifetime of healthy eating and exercising.
