Today was a good day. Very productive and it hasn't ended yet.
I had a great workout. First doing one of Chris Freytag's interval workouts and then doing the 15-10-12 workout that I did with my trainer last week. Talk about working up a sweat!
Heading outside to plant some window boxes so that's it for today.
Needed to get my point for the 5% Challenge.
