The highlight of my day was looking out on the balcony of my apartment complex after climbing the stairs and walking around on each floor 14 of them took about 25 minutes. SIMPLE PLEASURES. I am grateful that I am able to do it. It was even nice afterward to go downstairs and sit on parking lot bench and breath in fresh air. Still wearing a coat. The tulips arent even blooming yet!! I sat practicing meditating, freeing my mind. Feeling eternally grateful.
I made a exercise vision board today. FOCUSSING on all the things I like to do. Running, walking, climbing stairs, swimming, and jumping rope. I also added a picture of a woman eating strawberries which are my favorite fruit and a picture of water to remind myself of drinking water. I put it up in my apartment where I will see it several times a day. I think it will evoke and remind me of all the good feelings I have had of doing these activities.
I know I still struggle eating and still struggle losing weight but I am learning things as I stay on SP. I have learned to wake up in the morning,eat breakfast, increase my exercising and trully enjoy it when I do it. I know that these things I am encorporating in my life for the rest of my life.
I am happy! I am at peace!
