I've been doing my best to be consistent with exercising and eating foods within my caloric range for the past 5 months - but this morning I realized that of the 8 pounds I have lost since January, I've gained 2 back!! I'm not losing as much as I think I should, and my motivation is waning. I figured I probably need to reassess what I'm doing (or not doing) to get the balance (of exercise and diet) just right.
I thought that something that might help me is a set number of meal plans that I can follow to keep my food choices healthy and positive. I could have sworn that I'd seen an option for meal plans once before, so I started looking.... Lo, and behold!! I found them!
Now all I have to do is simply follow the plan!!! Someone's already figured out the total calorie count and variety of foods FOR me, I just have to plan accordingly. Plus, it's nice to be able to adjust and substitute some items based on what I already have in my kitchen (which can also be a budget killer!), or whatever else I might be craving that day. Yay, me!
