Every Time I'm Doing Well...

Monday, May 20, 2013

Okay, I've been feeling motivated, eating well, sneaking in exercise (thanks 5% challenge). Last time things were going so well (I had a 45 day streak going), my whole family got hit hard with the stomach flu, and I couldn't shake a head cold for a bit. I got out of my habits and have struggled to get back into them for two months. Now, here I am feeling successful, and my son and I have strep! Ugh!

This time, knowing how damaging that break is, I'm determined not to have it happen. I have to remain committed to at least 10 minutes of light exercise each day. Hopefully an antibiotic will excise this quickly.

Good for you. I have a daily walk minimum 10 minutes, regardless of what else I do during the day. I hope your streak goes on.
