I was feeling so good, doing so good, losing weight, gaining energy, getting rid of PCOS symptoms and then BAM
I started feeling really crummy. Last Sunday something happened with my body and it hasn't completely reversed itself yet.
Suddenly house work has been being put off (because we all know my hubs sucks at it), I couldn't fathom going to the gym or cooking dinner or doing much of anything but lying on the couch watching movies. I would try to get to bed early and then toss/turn overheating. UGH!
So this weekend I figured I would take it easy and start feeling better, I am assuming it is a random bug or PMS or something. I didn't get much done because still felt super crappy. Last night I still tossed/turned overheating, so this morning I woke up feeling like a truck hit me but I am hoping to at least get back to the gym.
I planned some swimming, some weights and toning with the stability ball. I won't push my body past where it tells me not to like I would if I was 100% but I at least need to get some calorie burn in.
The biggest shocker was a weight gain of 6 pounds in one week suddenly with no explanation. I am keeping my fingers crossed it is just water weight from bloating because boy have I been bloated.
My ankles are sore, I feel tired, I feel heavy, I feel winded easily, it is just so weird. Maybe it is some late nicotine things because I am on day 18 of quitting smoking. I am not sure, all I do know is that it really has sucked lately!
Wish me luck! Hopefully I will kick this soon!
