I am worth it, right?

Monday, May 20, 2013

Hi there anyone! How are you? lol Just in case, you never know someone might find my title interesting. The depression has hit me a bit today. I have been trying to stay so positive...because you know I have a lot going on...and 30 lbs to go..and I know the only way to make it through all the other poop is to be positive..eat healthy, exercise and I will come out the other side of the problems..healthier and proud of myself. That little seed of self doubt..that makes you eat poorly that one day, that turns into two days..you feel bad so you dont think you are worth the effort of working out etc..I hope this blog reminds me I am worth it

    YES, you are worth it!
Depression is so hard, but you can get to the other side of it. You sound like you've done this before. Of course, do get help if you haven't already. The strength it takes during days like these steal all the strength that you would normally put toward living a healthy lifestyle. No sense in going it alone. A good doctor is like a spotter at the gym, there to support your efforts! Some days you have to just keep saying your mantra over and over. Wishing you all good health and a quick recovery so you can reach the goals you DESERVE. You are a beautiful, worthy, amazing person!

You've got this and you are worth it. Maybe you should go take a walk to get those good endorphins humming and make the depression go away! Hugs...Robin
